Digital Purchase Policy

All Nature Hacker e-books and guides are digital products delivered electronically after purchase. Because customers receive immediate access to downloadable content, purchases are generally nonrefundable.

If you experience a technical problem, receive the wrong file, or cannot access your download, please contact us at jeff@naturehacker.com. We will provide a replacement file or other reasonable assistance.

Refund requests involving duplicate purchases or unresolved technical problems will be reviewed individually.

Wix sends the digital download link after payment and allows you to issue refunds manually when warranted.
